How do I order?
- You can order directly on this site.
- If you're not comfortable with online ordering, simply email us or phone us on 08 8298 2555 from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 2.00pm.
- We have a well-trained and friendly customer service team who will help you with your enquiry or order.
Payment is by:
- PayPal
- credit card, online or over the phone
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
How does delivery work?
- We aim to deliver your order as economically as possible.
- Once your order has been placed we will despatch your items as quickly as possible.
- Smaller items are despatched by post or courier and larger items (Adelaide Metropolitan area only) by transport service, delivery of large items outside Adelaide Metro can be arranged POA.
- Unless otherwise arranged with Kewco Bathroom Products, the charge for delivery is on the condition that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large heavy goods such as vanities, shower screens etc.
- Delivery is to South Australia only. Requests for delivery to other locations may be made to kewco@kewco.com.au.
- Please make sure to use an address where there will be someone available during business hours. If a courier is unable to deliver and has to come back the purchaser will be liable for the costs involved.
- On the very rare occasion, if goods purchased are particularly bulky, or being sent to a remote location that may require excess freight charges, we reserve the right to contact you prior to despatch to notify you of these additional freight charges. Also, if we find the freight charged by our freight calculator is in excess of what would be expected, we will reduce the freight amount accordingly prior to processing your order.
- We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by any of our carriers, either local or interstate, as these are beyond our control. If you have a special requirement for an urgent delivery, notify us at the time of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Freight charges explained
Kewco Bathroom Products consolidates freight as much as possible to minimise freight charges. However, as items come from different places, freight is calculated by item type on a per item basis. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible on receipt of full payment. Any item not currently in stock will be back-ordered and you will be advised of an eta on that item.
Orders CANNOT be delivered to a PO BOX.

Large 435 x 510 (5kg)
Extra Large items (greater than 5kg) such as baths, vanity units, basins, toilets etc

Delivered by Kewco to your property or to local freight company depot.
